Can these Videos be used in court as evidence ? The original number of Wolves that we were told would be in Park has been exceeded by a bunch. That is a Breech of Public Trust and it also opens the door for action on behalf of the Wolf because it puts an Endangered Species at risk, Reckless Endangerment which is a result of Gross Negligence. Would you sue the Park on behalf of the Elk and Buffalo or on behalf of the Wolf using the Elk and Buffalo as evidence of Gross Negligence.
